Tavernello Novebolle Romagna DOC Spumante Bianco Extra Dry is a 100% Italian organic sparkling wine made from 75% Trebbiano, 20% Chardonnay and 5% Famoso grapes from Romagna region. The second fermentation took place in a stainless-steel tank at a controlled temperature and pressure for 30 days, resulting in a classic “spumante” perlage. Bright straw yellow colour, this wine has a delicate nose with hints of exotic fruits and floral aromas. On the palate it’s clean and elegant, fresh and tasty while the perlage is fine and persistent. This Novebolle DOC sparkling wine is the ideal wine to be enjoyed with light fish dishes or as fresh aperitif.

Best served chilled, between 8-10 °C.
